  • How long does it take?

    Less than 3 business days - usually it takes us around 1 business day from your purchase to generate your completed designs (e.g. social media posts, custom logo).

  • Does my Brand Kit get updated when I change my logo?

    Yes, all of the designs in your brand kit are updated when you change your logo. We do not automatically update any designs that you have not personally requested.

  • Why do I need a subscription?

    Your subscription includes ongoing edits to your Brand Kit as needed, which includes fully customizable, branded marketing materials - all created for you using your logo, colors, fonts, industry photos, and company information. Don’t worry, you always retain the rights to your saved design assets, even after your subscription expires.

  • Do you offer support?

    Yes, our support team is available via text or email every weekday between 9am-5pm MST via your own customer portal. If you contact us outside of those hours, we will get back to you the next day.
